1. You and your drivers have a significant impact on the evaluation of the services we jointly provide to our customers. Please ensure a neat appearance and polite behavior from the driver.
2. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or taking medications that impair driving ability, is strictly prohibited.
3. All drivers are required to undergo regular training in accordance with the "CARGO NAVIGATOR Driver" Program or another similar standard. Training must be repeated at least every 3 years.
4. Each driver must have complete personal protective equipment and use it according to the instructions. The equipment includes:
Protective helmet with chin strap
Protective footwear with steel toes
Reflective vest
Safety goggles
Clothing that fully covers the driver's body
Work gloves
Earplugs
Protective mask covering the mouth and nose
Additionally, at both loading and unloading sites, company and safety regulations for the specific facility must be strictly followed.
5. The CARGO NAVIGATOR transport order contains additional instructions for the driver regarding the transport execution. These instructions must be communicated to the driver performing the assigned transport. In case of doubts, contact the relevant Transport Manager.
6. In every case, all additional guidelines regarding the set route, parking locations, and specific instructions for theft-prone goods must be followed.
7. In the event of delays or deviations from the planned transport route, the driver is obliged to immediately notify the appropriate Transport Manager.
8. Every vehicle performing transports on behalf of and in the name of CARGO NAVIGATOR must be equipped with a GPS telematics system (vehicle tracking), to which CARGO NAVIGATOR receives constant access to the geo-coordinates and can process them within the framework of organized transports.
9. Every driver performing transport orders for CARGO NAVIGATOR must be equipped with a smartphone capable of transmitting data such as email, photos, text messages, and voice communication.
10. CARGO NAVIGATOR will receive complete and correct driver data for each transport order, namely: driver's name and surname, driver ID number, driver's GSM phone number.
11. The driver must be reachable by CARGO NAVIGATOR staff at the provided phone number during working hours.
12. Each vehicle must be equipped with appropriate load securing equipment compliant with EN 12195ff standard, including:
20 or more securing straps,
2 aluminum crossbeams for load securing,
Protective corner boards,
Anti-slip mats.
The vehicle should also be additionally equipped in accordance with the requirements stated in the transport order.
13. CARGO NAVIGATOR aims to reduce greenhouse gases, and therefore your company must use its resources rationally to minimize negative environmental impacts by: actively working to reduce CO2 emissions, managing waste, and disposing of waste in accordance with European Union regulations.
14. You may only use EURO 5 or EURO 6 class vehicles as well as vehicles with alternative propulsion (natural gas, electric drive, etc.) when cooperating with CARGO NAVIGATOR.
15. All payments for completed transports will be made to the bank account provided in these terms of cooperation.
